Yes.

Yes, Though not prefered.

What color are the blonde boy and girl's eyes?
The Blonde Boy (Raidon Jonochi) - Red
The Blonde Girl (Tomi Akina) - Brown

What are their lower halves like?
The Blonde Boy (Raidon Jonochi) - Black shorts that go below the knee, white/green shoes, and a silver chain from pants.

The Blonde Girl (Tomi Akina) - VERY short shorts that are cuffed at the bottom, a burgundy ribbon ties up top and tied in a bow on her right, and black ankle boots. (EX: [link])

The Blue Boy (Yukio Sanosuke) - Dark blue jeans with black boots. (The boots are mostly covered by the pants though)

The Brunette Girl (Anata Krystal) - That white shirt is acually a dress that goes down just before her knees. She has black spandex shorts underneath the dress, but u cannot see them. She also has brown sandals exactly like these. [link]

Do they have any special powers?
Yes they all do. Each person controls a certain element. They also have an elemental form. But enough about that since I did not reference what they look like in that forum. ;;

Jonochi - Likes Akina. Doesn't Know Krystal Likes Him
Akina - Likes Sanosuke. Knows That Jonochi Likes Her.
Sanosuke - Knows Akina Likes Him.
